Prior to joining this Canvas Coaching session, you are highly encouraged to register for the Instructor Training on Respondus Lockdown Browser and Monitor. You can find more information on registering for these trainings here: https://web.respondus.com/webinars/.

This session will be designed to provide additional support with activating Respondus in your course and learning about additional resources available to you. We will also have faculty join this session that have been using Respondus and are able to share their experiences as well.

What is Respondus Lockdown Browser and Monitor?

LockDown Browser is a custom browser that prevents digital cheating during an online exam. Respondus Monitor is a companion product for LockDown Browser that deters cheating when students take online exams in non-proctored environments. Students use their own computers with a standard webcam to record assessment sessions.

Canvas Coaching is a weekly event aimed at supporting faculty in teaching with Canvas. The 30-minute sessions may include a demonstration, informal discussion, and/or Q&A time. Each week focuses on a different topic that will align with your quarter planning. In addition, participants will be provided with the opportunity to sign up for one-on-one consultation support with an Instructional Designer.

To learn more about Respondus in community with faculty colleagues, please register for the session and join us at the following Zoom link: https://udenver.zoom.us/j/96436348342
