Registration: Resilient Leadership for Faculty Leaders

Virtual Workshop: Chairs and Directors and other facutly leaders are aware that leading in times of crisis is challenging. It can be difficult to combat the time that is consumed by day-to-day operational tasks and leaders may struggle to find time and energy to dedicate toward strategic thinking.

This workshop will provide participants opportunities to:

• Identify crisis thinking patterns and develop strategies to shift toward long-term strategic thinking and resilience.
• Prioritize specific strategies to build organizational resilience starting with cabinet-level leadership and cascading to senior level leadership
• Create an action plan of tangible steps to encourage resilient behaviors across the institution

The Resilient Leadership Workshop, hosted by Dr. Jennifer Latino prompts leaders to pause and reflect on what the team has learned from the current crisis and identify ways to build resilience into the institutional culture. This will ensure leaders are ready for the next challenge that faces the institution.
